The Abacus Science Kits V9 include a range of resources needed to carry out the Primary Connections® and Science Connections® teaching sequences for Australian Curriculum Science Version 9 (AC V9).
The sequences are designed to allow for practical student-centred approach that focus on developing students’ understanding and knowledge which means children are encouraged to observe, explore, engage, investigate, critically think, discuss, and analyse their findings.
To support this student-centred learning approach and to save teachers time, we have designed the version 9 Abacus Science Kits for specific science strands and year levels (Foundation to Year 6). These class kits are supplied in a sturdy Gratnells tray with lid for neat storage.
