The plastic fraction rods come in the colours; 110x white, 60x red, 50x green, 30x purple, 20x yellow, 20x dark green, 20x black, 20x brown, 20x blue, 20x orange. The magnetic fraction rods come with; 20x white, 12x red, 4x each of light green – orange.   

In the classroom, the magnetic rods can be used as a demonstration device when giving out instruction to follow. A benefit of working with small manipulatives is that your kids dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and quick thinking skills will improve.
