Introduce children to electric circuits
Teaching children about the electrical circuit will allow them to have a good knowledge base from which to progress with their scientific understanding. Students can use the E10 screw type light bulbs with our plastic base bulb holders for a hands-on experience to create their own circuits, thereby, being able to understand the process of producing electricity.

Build a Switch-Controlled Circuit
Show students how electricity can create light whilst demonstrating how they can control the flow of electricity with a switch.
Components Needed
- 1x Battery holder
- 2x AA Batteries inserted in correct orientation (not included)
- 1x Bulb holder (not included)
- 1x Switch (not included)
- 1x LED Cool White Bulb (included)
How It Works
Students can control the flow of electricity by turning the bulb on and off with a switch. They can swap different types of switches to observe how mechanical variations produce the same electrical effect. Replace the bulb with the buzzer to demonstrate how electricity can create sound as well.
