These battery holders can hold one C battery each, and allow students to see how electricity works at a safe distance.
Class activities
Connect each battery holder to a different appliance that can be powered by 1.5 C batteries. Ask students to compare and contrast the strength of the power to these appliances via observation. Ensure that students are closely supervised for their safety.
