The Themed Counters Kit includes 6 kinds of counters that can be used for numeracy, literacy, and science. Whether being used in a game or distributed in a lesson, there are countless uses for this product.

Colourful and engaging

There is a variety of counters, including the themes of bug, dinosaur, fruit, vegetable, aquatic, and transport. Each theme has a variety of objects (i.e. vegetables include carrot, corn, garlic, etc) that encourage students to engage with their interest areas.

The counters come in a variety of colours, ranging red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple. Each theme includes a mixture of shapes and colours that students can have fun organising and matching up.

The Themed Counters Kit has a variety of uses in different school subjects. In maths these can be used for learning addition, shape, and sequencing. By placing the counters in order students can advance their pattern recognition.

In science the counters can be weighed and measured for scale. Alternatively, students can closely examine bug, vegetable, fruit, and aquatic counters under a microscope to learn about the natural world.

English classes may use counters to assist storytelling by providing a visual aid. The counters can also help younger students in learning pronunciation by listing the counter names.
