Synonyms Dominoes - Carton of 6

With these Synonyms Dominoes, children will be able to quickly link various word pairs that mean the same.

Each domino features a pair of random words whose synonyms are present in other domino pieces. Each word, in turn, is set against a white or purple background for easier differentiation, and the realistic images add visual interest and memorability.

Play Learning Rules

• Place the dominoes face down
• Each player takes 7 dominoes
• One player places a starting domino
• Each player takes turns matching the end of a domino to form a chain. The matches must be in the form of paired synonyms (e.g. ‘tidy’ and ‘neat’)
• If a player can't place a domino, then they must pick up a spare from the pile
• The player to play all their dominoes first wins
