The Social and Emotional Learning Kit includes board games, activity cards and scenarios that build understanding around social skills and emotional intuition. Teaching students how to manage their emotions and react positively to the feelings of those around them helps to foster a healthy social environment. In turn, nurturing the mental health of students will provide them with the necessary skills for developing healthy home and workplace relationships in the future.

Students can also use the conflict resolution games to act out scenarios, or quiz each other using mindfulness cards.
