Beyond Anger Management

Anger management is important to foster healthy relationships at home, school, and workplace in the future.

With this board game, children will be able to identify various ways to stay calm whilst being able to identify situations where they might lose their temper. The 'Keep Calm' cards features colourful illustration and suggest ideas such as closing eyes to count to 5, using friendly voice, listening to music, dancing, journaling, talking to adult, thinking of a happy place, and more. The 'Boiling Over' cards features text such as shouting at everyone, hitting someone, and breaking something.

The board game also help children train their brain and improve their memory as the players need to find matching 'Keep Calm' pairs of cards to win the game.

Play Learning Rules

• Place the cards face down around the board game
• Take turns to flip 2 cards to make a 'Keep Calm' pair. When a pair is made, the player gets to keep the cards
• If not, the cards must be faced down again for the next player
• If a player picks a 'Boiling Over' card, they must place it in the pot and their turn ends
• The player with the most cards after all 3 'Boiling Over Cards' have been turned over it the winner
