Colour-coded for easy use
The vibrant and colourful flips include 14 different emotions on one side and suggestions to identify, express and positively regulate those emotions. The emotions covered are happy, angry, hungry, bored, scared, excited, anxious, confused, lonely, unwell, embarrassed, sad, surprised, and tired. For instance, one side of the flip says, "I am surprised" and the other side says, "raise my brows, feel my heartbeat, draw how I feel, and more".
The flip features colour-coded tabs around the edge to make it quick and easy for children to go directly to a specific emotion when they are in need.
They are also great as display in the classroom.
