Letter Sound Flashcards

These flashcards help children tackle the various letter sounds according to their positions within common words.

Colour-coded for simplicity

The cards have colour-coded borders to simplify students' learning. Making learning simple builds children's confidence and motivates them to keep learning. The cards with green borders cover beginning sounds, cards with blue borders cover final sounds, and cards with red borders cover middle sounds.

Each card comes with an image representing the word that uses the particular sound. For example, ‘Beginning Sounds’ card has ‘c’ on one side as well as an image of a cat on the other, ‘Final Sounds’ card has ‘d’ on one side as well as an image of a bird on the other, and ‘Middle Sounds’ card has ‘o’ on one side as well as an image of a dog on the other.

Use these flashcards with a Flashbot (which can be purchased separately) to make learning engaging and fun for the children. Simply insert the Flashbot's mouth with a flashcard to see the answers magically appear. This activity is great for self correcting which encourages independent learning.
