Decodable Readers have been written specifically for the progression of letters and sounds. The vocabulary used is strictly controlled and follows a letter-by-letter progression to ease readers into tricky words. This means building reading confidence and reading success for all children learning to read. 

The Decodable Readers - Essentials Single Kit by Junior Learning contains a total of 4 sets of 12 decodable reader titles for a total of 48 titles.

These are split between 2 sets of fiction decodable readers and 2 sets of non-fiction decodable readers, which means a total of 24 fiction titles and 24 non-fiction titles are included in this product.

What's included?

The Phase 4 of Essentials Single Kit introduces 38 different adjacent consonants (or blends) - st, nd, mp, nt, nk, ft, sk, lt, lp, lf, lk, pt, xt, tr, dr, gr, cr, br, fr, bl, fl, gl, pl, cl, sl, sp, sw, tw, sm, pr, sc, sn, nch, scr, shr, spr, str and thr. 

The single kit includes one copy of every title, and each individual set contains 12 decodable reader titles.

Beyond Decodable Readers
