How to make a film canister rocket
Simply add some water and a fizzy tablet (Berocca or Alka-seltzer) close the lid and invert on a hard surface. The reaction inside the canister creates a gas called carbon dioxide and begins to build pressure. When the pressure reaches its peak it will blast the lid down and the canister up just like a real rocket.
