“Abacus Educational Suppliers Teacher Survey March 2017" Terms & Conditions
This contest is organised for Abacus Educational Suppliers by “THE TRUSTEE FOR ABACUS EDUCATIONAL SUPPLIERS UNIT TRUST”, ABN 59 820 977 485, WA 6916.
In order to enter the competition, you must be 18 or over and a resident of Western Australia, South Australia, Queensland, Victoria, Tasmania or the Northern Territory. Residents from New South Wales,the Australian Capital Territory, or any other location not explicitly named previously are not permitted to enter the competition.
Employees of Abacus Educational Suppliers or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up or operate the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
Cost and Fees
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition other than the cost paid by the participant to access the web site via the internet service provider.
How to enter
To enter, complete the “Abacus Educational Suppliers Teacher Survey”, using the link sent to you via email. Entries must be completed between 9am WAST on March 15th and 11:59 WAST March 31st 2017. If you did not receive an email and would like to enter the competition, please email [email protected] or call 08 6336 8286 and ask for Sarah.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The prize consists of 2 products, K'NEX - STEM Explorations Swing Ride and K'NEX - STEM Explorations Roller Coaster, for a maximum total value of AUD $198.
All products come as-is, with no warranty as to durability, purpose, or quality, including defects. The products cannot be exchanged. No claims can be made whatsoever.
How to win
The names of all participants who successfully completed the survey will be entered into a draw. Upon conclusion of the competition the promoter will enter contestants’ names in a spreadsheet in any order and use a random number generator to choose the winner. A winner will be announced within 1 month of competition closure, before 30th April 2017.
The winner will be notified and contacted via email and/or phone. The decision made by Abacus Educational Suppliers is final and entrants have no recourse.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 21 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner. In this case, the same process applies to select a new winner but previous unreachable winners are removed from the draw.
The prize will be delivered to a valid Australian address, as specified by the competition winner. This includes delivery within Western Australia, South Australia, Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Australian Capital Territory, Northern Territory and Tasmania. Excludes delivery to external territories.
The promoter will contact the winner, who will be required to provide a valid delivery address.
Abacus Educational Suppliers will cover the cost of standard delivery in Australia with AusPost or a similar carrier. Abacus Educational Suppliers will not cover the cost of delivery to territories and states outside of those mentioned above.
Abacus Educational Suppliers will not be responsible for any consequential loss or misappropriation of the prize if the competition winner specifies an incorrect delivery address.
Decisions are final
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with currentAustralian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
All data submitted or collected can be used by Abacus Educational Suppliers for promotional material without any further consent than the present terms.
